Q: Are you currently accepting advertisers?

Q:  How can I remove my resume from the Resume Exchange?

A:  Currently, there isn’t a way for you to remove your resume without contacting us. Please use our contact form to give us your name so we can remove the resume, and we will do so promptly.

 

Q: Can I make a topic suggestion for the Sharing Resource page?

A: Yes you can. Please contact us here to make your suggestion.

 

Q: What if I lose my password?

A: No problem. If you lose, or can’t remember your password just click on the “Lost your Password?” link underneath the Login Status bar. You will be prompted to enter your username or email address, and you will be emailed a new password.

 

Q:  Do I get automatically re-charged at the end of my subscription?

A:  No. You will only be charged a one-time fee.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds, or a money back guarantee?

A: No. The reason for this is because information and computer files can not be returned like regular “tangible” goods can. Please see our Terms of Use page for more information.
